PUMP, PRAISE, & PRANA (P3) MAKES ITS DEBUT
Thursdays, 9:30 – 10:45 a.m.
Rachel’s back with her faith-based yoga, and she’s bringing her friend Emily to share Revelation Wellness, a cardio/strength faith-based workout. If you liked our Pedal, Praise, and Prana, you’ll LOVE this workout!
What is it?
Our faith-based workout is back, bringing a new twist with the same intention, to connect with God, self and others with all of our hearts, minds, soul and strength.
Join Revelation Wellness instructor Emily Baxter and E-RYT Rachel Glowacki for a holistic workout that takes the focus off pushing past your limit and puts it on increasing your sensitivity to the presence of God in your life. You will sweat to the soundtrack of inspiring Christian worship music while reflecting on a particular verse or part of the biblical scripture provided you through your instructor, followed by the “Prana” (Sanskrit for breath) portion that consists of a Christ-centered yoga practice combining movements that link breath with motion, leaving you stretched and grounded spiritually and physically.
What’s the best thing about this workout?
Well, besides the fact that you will thank yourself for coming…. it’s only $7!
GIVE YOURSELF A MASSAGE!
Foam Roller and Self-Myofascial Release Workshops
Join Alli Shuttleworth when she returns for a 3-part series on myofascial release. Learn techniques using a foam roller, lacrosse ball, and/or tennis ball to experience:
• Improved circulation
• Increased blood flow
• Decreased muscle tightness and muscle pain
• Increased mobility and flexibility
Myofascial release breaks up rigid dehydrated muscle tissue and helps to restore it to its normal function. Normal function means your muscles are elastic, hydrated, healthy, and ready to preform at a moment’s notice … and they feel better, too!
3-part series (no need to come to all three to get the benefits!)
September 9: Total body release work using foam roller, massage ball and stretch with special focus on head neck and shoulders.
October 7: Total body release work using foam roller, massage ball and stretch with special focus on lower back, hips and glutes
November 4: Total body release work using foam roller, massage ball and stretch with special focus on IT band, quads, calves and feet.
Three classes only:
September 9, October 7, and November 4.
9:00 -10:15 a.m.
$30/class; $80/series (members)
$35/class; $95/series (non-members)

SPICE UP YOUR RUNNING ROUTINE!
Anyone who knows me knows that I love to run. I love being outdoors, the freedom to turn off my brain (or turn it on full-speed, with no distractions), and the endorphins that come with completing a good run.
But sometimes I just can’t get motivated. And now that fall is approaching, and along with it a season of fun 5K’s, 10K’s, and half-marathons (or for some of you, the full 26.2 or more!), I hope to hit the streets more often. But for those times when I’m just not excited about lacing up my shoes, I have an arsenal of techniques that help me get going…..

CONTINUE TO ENJOY YOUR WORKOUTS AT 1558 BEN SAWYER BLVD.!
You may have seen or heard lately that the Town of Mount Pleasant recently settled a lawsuit, which allows Middle Street Partners to proceed with their plans to develop a multi-family apartment complex on our site. Fortunately they are unable to begin construction until March of 2019, so it will be business as usual here at PrimeTime Fitness for a while longer. We have renewed our lease ending November 2018, so we have several months before we will begin to think ahead for other options.
